The premium version of Strava has a more techy added features like: the Suffer Score, a number using heart rate, elevation, speed, cadence to quantify how hard you have worked on an activity, Weekly Progress Goals, Leaderboard Filters by age and weight, Power Zone Analysis, and exporting GPX files. Strava uses GPS to accurately keep track of your route, whether on the roads or on the trails.
