Clean labeling

Beyuna supports clean labeling. Beyuna’s products do not contain any artificial ingredients that cannot be absorbed by the body. Also, Beyuna’s products are improved on an ongoing basis and adjusted based on the latest scientific insights. All labels are checked by the KOAG/KAG, an inspection board that verifies all health claims made. The KOAG/KAG approval number is on all labels and brochures.

Quality and safety are furthermore guaranteed by applying all rules and instructions set by the EHPM (European Federation of Health Products Manufacturers Associations) and outlined in the Quality Guide for Food Supplements and by selecting suppliers that meet the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points). Furthermore, Beyuna has decided to appoint the NZVT (Dutch Safeguards System for Dietary Supplements in Elite Sport) to examine its products to ensure that they contain no banned substances.


The European Food Safety Authority is an agency of the European Union that provides independent scientific advice on food safety. European policy and regulations on food safety are based on their scientific findings. The EFSA collects scientific information from around the world. Any risk factors are assessed based on this scientific information.

The EFSA has various scientific panels per focus area. Members of these panels come from across Europe and are chosen for their expertise and knowledge. The EFSA shares its findings not only with experts and policymakers, but also the broader public.


As an intermediary in healthcare information, the Z-Index collects, verifies, enriches, connects, manages and distributes data from all healthcare products and records them in the G-Standard. Z-index offers support to doctors, pharmacists, the heath care industry, the government and health insurance companies to prescribe, deliver, order, claim and reimburse healthcare products.

The G-Standard

The G-Standard is a databank that supports the prescription, delivery, order, and reimbursement of healthcare products. The databank contains relevant data about healthcare products available at pharmacies and care facilities, such as medicines, medical appliances, and self-care products. All public pharmacies, hospital pharmacies, outpatient pharmacies, general practitioners, general practitioners, medical specialists and health insurance companies in the Netherlands use the G-Standard.


NPN is the national association of producers, raw material suppliers, wholesalers, importers and distributors of food supplements. NPN stands for “Natuur- en gezondheidsProducten Nederland” or Natural and Health Products, Netherlands. Over the years, its focus has shifted to food supplements, such as vitamin and herbal remedies.

NPN works to ensure the consumer is supplied with a responsible range of safe and effective food supplements. It also provides consumers with adequate information.


GMO stands for Genetically Modified Organisms. The genetic material (DNA) of these organisms is artificially modified, giving them new properties. No research has been done on their long-term health effects. All Beyuna’s products are Non-GMO, the ingredients have been grown on non-cultivated or sprayed grounds and the ingredients have been grown naturally.
