Oatmeal wraps with salmon


  • 50 g oatmeal

  • 1 egg

  • 100 ml of almond milk

  • pinch of salt

  • coconut oil for frying

For the filling:

  • 2 hands lettuce

  • 100 g smoked salmon

  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt / Cottage Cheese

  • pepper


Put the oatmeal into the mixing bowl and add the egg and almond milk. Whisk it until smooth.

Put the pan on the fire and let it heat up. Put some oil in the pan and pour a little of the batter into the pan. Let the batter well leak on the pan, so you get a nice thin wrap. Simmer gently the yarn and flip the oatmeal wrap when the bottom is nicely browned. Let the other side be equally brown and remove the wrap from pan. Do the same until the batter is done.

First place the slices of salmon on the wrap, then some lettuce and then a little cottage cheese. After that a little pepper over it and roll up.
