Buddha bowls are bowls full of grains, vegetables and protein-rich ingredients such as avocado, chicken and eggs. Together it forms a colourful, nutritious and tasty whole!

PREPARATION
A buddha bowl is very easy to make. You are completely free in the ingredients that you put in your buddha bowl. As long as you select many different vegetables. It is mainly about the build-up.
The base of a buddha bowl often consists of grains (we chose quinoa here), followed by various vegetables: kale, cucumber, tomatoes, chickpeas and red lettuce. And finally the toppings, in this case slices of avocado, pomegranate seeds and possibly chicken, tofu or an egg.
You are also free in the dressing: a yoghurt or tahin dressing or a spoon of hummus!
